The O-Train does not run through the Dow's Lake area yet: Dow's Lake / Lac Dow, just east, is the western end of Line 1.

Line 2 reopened in January 2025, and Wikipedia says Carling Station was renamed Dows Lake Station then, even though the lake is about 300 metres away. Wikipedia also says Line 2 trains run every 12 minutes, so confirm current service with OC Transpo.
